PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of road traffic demand prediction by integrating future behaviors of general vehicles that are important factors for road traffic conditions in the road traffic demand prediction.SOLUTION: A road traffic demand prediction device 1 comprises a road traffic demand prediction unit 13 including an antenna 14. The antenna 14 acquires road traffic demand data relating to a road traffic demand from a road traffic demand database 2, and acquires a global context 101 that is information relating to an environment common to a plurality of people or to a specific region. The road traffic demand prediction unit 13 receives input predicted action data 104 that relates to a travel action and that is predicted from a personal context that is information relating to an environment of an individual or to a specific organization when the individual drives a vehicle, and predicts the road traffic demand using the road traffic demand data, the global context 101, and the predicted action data 104.

    【課題】道路交通需要予測に道路交通の状態の重要な因子である一般車の将来挙動を取り込み、道路交通需要予測の精度を向上させる。【解決手段】道路交通需要予測装置1は、アンテナ14を有する道路交通需要予測部13を備える。アンテナ14は、道路交通需要データベース2から道路交通需要に係る道路交通需要データを取得し、複数の人員に共通の環境あるいは特定の地域に係る情報であるグローバルコンテキスト101を取得する。道路交通需要予測部13は、個人の環境あるいは特定の組織体に係る情報であるパーソナルコンテキストから予測した個人が車両を走行させる際の走行行動に係る予測行動データ104を入力し、道路交通需要データ、グローバルコンテキスト101及び予測行動データ104を用い、道路交通需要を予測する。【選択図】図1
