To timely execute traffic demand prediction while considering respective temporal demand fluctuations for a plurality of moving means forming a movement route.SOLUTION: An operation plan of a traffic service operated by a public traffic facility in a prediction target area and transportation service plan information related to an operation status, movement demand prediction information related to a movement demand between given spots in the prediction target area, traffic service congestion information related to a degree of congestion of the traffic service, traffic jam information related to a jam status of a road traffic in the prediction target area are acquired, a route model combining a public traffic facility and a road traffic between two spots in the prediction target area is created, in the route model between a departure spot and a destination spot of the movement demand included in the movement demand prediction information, a movement route from the departure spot to the destination spot is extracted, a utility value for each movement route is calculated based on an evaluation index including the traffic service congestion information and the traffic jam information in the movement route, and the number of sharing moving persons is allocated to each movement route based on the utility value and aggregated and outputted for each public traffic facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8

    【課題】移動経路を構成する複数の移動手段について、それぞれの時間的な需要変動を考慮しながら適時に交通需要予測を実行する。【解決手段】予測対象地域で公共交通機関によって運行されている交通便の運行計画及び運行状況に関する輸送サービス計画情報と、予測対象地域内にある地点間の移動需要に関する移動需要予測情報と、交通便の混雑度に関する交通便混雑情報と、予測対象地域内での道路交通の渋滞状況に関する交通渋滞情報とを取得し、予測対象地域内の2地点間に公共交通機関、道路交通を併用した経路モデルを作成し、移動需要予測情報に含まれる移動需要の出発地点と目的地点との間についての前記経路モデルにおいて、前記出発地点から前記目的地点までの移動経路を抽出し、当該移動経路における交通便混雑情報及び交通渋滞情報を含む評価指標に基づいて各移動経路についての効用値を算出し、前記効用値に基づいて分担移動者数として各移動経路に配分し、公共交通機関ごとに集約して出力する。【選択図】 図8
