PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress slip of a non-stage transmission at engine starting time.SOLUTION: A vehicle driving device includes: a travel mode control unit for switching between a first travel mode for travelling with power outputted at least by an internal combustion engine in a state where a non-stage transmission and driving wheels are in a fastened state by a fastening unit, and a second travel mode for travelling with power outputted by an auxiliary power output unit in a state where the non-stage transmission and the driving wheels are in a released state by the fastening unit; and a gear ratio control unit for determining a gear ratio of the non-stage transmission on the basis of a torque inputted in the non-stage transmission and the state of the non-stage transmission detected by a detection unit, when the travel mode control unit switches the second travel mode to the first travel mode.
