PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a change gear ratio switching device in a motor driving device for a vehicle, with a small number of components and easy in assembling with a compact axial length, in which a pair of opposed two-way clutches are not simultaneously operated.SOLUTION: Two-way clutches 30A, 30B are configured by assembling rollers 35 and retainers 36 for retaining the rollers, between an outer periphery of an inner ring 31 rotated integrally with an output shaft 22 and cylindrical inner faces 33 formed on output gears 23b, 24b. The retainers 36 of the first and second two-way clutches 30A, 30B are simultaneously shifted in the same direction by axial movement of a shift fork 63 in a shift mechanism 60 to be pressed to one of the output gears 23b, 24b, and one of the two-way clutches 30A, 30B is brought into an engagement state by relative rotation of the retainer 36 to the inner ring 31.

    【課題】対向一対の2ウェイクラッチが同時に作動されることのないようにした部品点数の少ない軸方向長さのコンパクトな組立ての容易な車両用モータ駆動装置における変速比切換装置を提供する。【解決手段】2ウェイクラッチ30A、30Bは、出力軸22と一体に回転する内輪31の外周と出力ギヤ23b、24bに形成された円筒状内面33間にローラ35と、そのローラを保持する保持器36を組込み込んだ構成とし、シフト機構60におけるシフトフォーク63の軸方向への移動により第1および第2の2ウェイクラッチ30A、30Bのそれぞれの保持器36を同時に同方向にシフトして、出力ギヤ23b、24bの一方の出力ギヤに押し付け、内輪31に対する保持器36の相対回転により2ウェイクラッチ30A、30Bの一方を係合状態とする。【選択図】図2
