PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control unit capable of improving fuel economy for a vehicle driving gear provided with a hydraulic pressure generator in which the pump drive torque of an oil pump is reduced when an engine rotating speed becomes high.SOLUTION: If the fuel consumption of an engine 12 in a case in which the engine 12 is actuated at a rotating speed Nep at which a second discharge pressure P2 falls is lower than the fuel consumption of the engine 12 in a running state in which the second discharge pressure P2 does not fall while a vehicle is running in the running state, the engine 12 is controlled so that an engine rotating speed Ne is equal to the rotating speed Nep.     【課題】エンジン回転速度が高回転になるとオイルポンプのポンプ駆動トルクが低減される油圧発生装置を備えた車両用駆動装置において、燃費を向上できる車両用駆動装置の油圧制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】第2吐出圧P2が低下しない走行状態で走行中に、その走行状態でのエンジン12の燃料消費量よりも、第2吐出圧P2が低下する回転速度Nepでエンジン12を運転した場合の燃料消費量が少ない場合には、エンジン回転速度Neを前記回転速度Nepに制御する。このように制御されることで燃費を向上することができる。【選択図】図6
