The invention relates to a thermal control system (10) of a hybrid or electric motor vehicle, comprising at least one electric battery (12) for driving an electric motor (13) comprising a heat pump system (20) including an evaporator (22), a first condenser (24) located at the front face of the vehicle, a second condenser (26) intended for heating the passenger compartment (H) of the vehicle, a compressor (28), a water/coolant exchanger (32) and two separate water loops (40, 42), namely a first water loop (40) operating at a first temperature intended for cooling the electric battery (12) and a second water loop (42) operating at a second temperature intended for cooling the electric motor (13), the first water loop (40) comprising a first water radiator (44), the water/coolant exchanger (32), a resistor (48), the electric battery (12) and a unit heater (56) arranged between the evaporator (22) and the second condenser (26) of the heat pump (20), and the second water loop (42) comprising a water radiator (60) of the drive train, the electric motor (13) and the charger (14), the radiator (60) being arranged in parallel with the first condenser (24) and the first water radiator (44).
