The housing includes a first driven housing portion (306) configured to be rotatably driven, and a second driving housing portion (308) including a first annular rail (344) and a second annular rail (348). The multiple rollers (122) are rotatably connected between the first annular rail (344) and the second annular rail (348). The flexible coupling (302) includes a first coupling end (301) and a second coupling end (303).The first coupling end (301) is fixedly connected to the first driven housing portion (306). The second coupling end (303) is fixedly connected to the second driving housing portion (308).
