The invention discloses a shield tunnel segment lifting appliance and relates to the field of tunnel segments, the shield tunnel segment lifting appliance comprises a cross rod and clamping arms, the clamping arms are symmetrically and slidably arranged on the outer wall of the cross rod, supporting rods are hinged to the tops of the clamping arms, second toothed bars are elastically and slidably arranged on the inner sides of the clamping arms, and meanwhile supporting plates are rotatably arranged in the clamping arms; limiting rods are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the cross rod, limiting sleeves are symmetrically installed on the two sides of the limiting rods, and first toothed rods are installed on the positions, located at the same horizontal height as the limiting rods, of the inner sides of the clamping arms. When a clamping arm slides towards the inner side under the action of a supporting rod, one side of an extrusion plate makes contact with the two ends of a tunnel segment firstly, so that a supporting plate is turned over and makes contact with the inner wall of the tunnel segment, a first toothed rod can drive an acceleration gear assembly to rotate, and then the clamping arm is driven to rotate; in this way, the limiting block can move to the top of the tunnel segment and make contact with the tunnel segment in the clamping process.

    本发明公开了一种盾构隧道管片吊具,涉及隧道管片领域,包括横杆与装夹臂,所述横杆的外壁对称滑动设置有装夹臂,且位于装夹臂的顶部铰接有支撑杆,所述装夹臂的内侧弹性滑动设置有第二齿杆,同时位于装夹臂内转动设置有支撑板,所述横杆的底部对称设置有限位杆,且位于限位杆的两侧皆对称安装有限位套筒,所述装夹臂的内侧与限位杆处于同一水平高度处安装有第一齿杆。本发明在装夹臂通过支撑杆的作用下向内侧滑动时,挤压板的一侧会先与隧道管片的两端相接触,使得支撑板进行翻转,并与隧道管片的内壁相接触,第一齿杆会带动加速齿轮组件进行转动,由此实现了在装夹的过程中限位块会移动至隧道管片的顶部并与其相接触。
