The subway tunnel shield segment hoisting device comprises a box body, two hoisting rings are symmetrically arranged at the top of the box body, the bottom of the box body is open, a disc-shaped gear is arranged in the box body, an annular lower cover plate is installed at the lower end of the box body, the gear is rotationally connected with the lower cover plate, and the box body is provided with a driving mechanism for driving the gear to rotate; two hinged supports are symmetrically arranged on the bottom face of the gear, the lower ends of the hinged supports penetrate through an inner hole of the lower cover plate, a first lifting bent arm and a second lifting bent arm are hinged to the two hinged supports respectively, and hook parts are arranged at the lower end of the first lifting bent arm and the lower end of the second lifting bent arm and arranged in the opposite directions. In the lifting process, the pipe piece can be automatically hooked without the help of a forklift or manual assistance, operation is easy and efficient, the lifting bent arm and other stress structures of the device all adopt rigid components, and compared with a flexible bandage, the device has better durability and safety.

    本发明公开了一种地铁隧道盾构管片吊升装置,包括箱体,箱体的顶部对称设有两个吊环,箱体的底部敞口,箱体内装设有盘形的齿轮,箱体的下端安装有环形的下盖板,所述齿轮与下盖板转动连接,箱体设有驱动齿轮转动的驱动机构;齿轮的底面对称设有两个铰座,所述铰座的下端贯穿下盖板的内孔,第一提升弯臂和第二提升弯臂分别与两个铰座铰接,所述第一提升弯臂和第二提升弯臂的下端均设有弯钩部且反向布设。本发明在提升过程中,无需借助叉车或者人工手动辅助,即可自动勾取管片,操作简单高效,并且装置的提升弯臂等受力结构均采用刚性构件,相比柔性绑带更具耐久性和安全性。
