The invention relates to a shield tunnel segment lifting appliance and a construction method thereof. The shield tunnel segment lifting appliance comprises a lifting rod which is transversely arranged and is used for lifting the segment lifting appliance; the side plates are installed at the two ends of the hanging rod and are vertically arranged, and inclined adjusting grooves are symmetrically formed in the two sides of each side plate; the pair of clamping arms is mounted between the pair of side plates and is used for clamping the duct piece; the pair of connecting parts are respectively arranged on the corresponding adjusting grooves in the pair of side plates in a sliding manner; the frame body is transversely arranged between the pair of side plates in a penetrating mode, sliding grooves which are transversely formed are formed in the two sides of the frame body, the two ends of the frame body are arranged between the corresponding pair of connecting parts in a penetrating mode, and the connecting parts are arranged on the corresponding sliding grooves in a sliding mode. Through ingenious mechanical connection, the clamping arms are arranged on the side plates and the frame body in a sliding mode, opening and tightening of the clamping arms are achieved through the self weight of the side plates and the clamping arms, the automatic clamping effect on the duct piece is achieved, a hydraulic device or a motor and the like are not needed to drive the clamping arms to rotate, and the whole structure is simpler; and the manufacturing cost and the construction cost of the duct piece lifting appliance are greatly reduced.

    本发明涉及一种盾构隧道管片吊具及其施工方法,包括:呈横向设置且供吊装管片吊具的吊杆;安装于吊杆两端且呈竖向设置的一对侧板,侧板的两侧对称地开设有呈倾斜状的调节槽;安装于一对侧板之间且供夹持管片的一对夹臂,一对连接部分别滑设于一对侧板上相对应的调节槽上;横向地穿置于一对侧板之间的框体,框体的两侧设有呈横向设置的滑槽,框体的两端穿置于对应的一对连接部之间且连接部滑设于对应的滑槽上。本发明通过巧妙地机械连接,使夹臂滑设于侧板和框体上,利用侧板和夹臂的自重实现夹臂的张开和收紧,实现对管片的自动夹持效果,无需设置液压装置或电机等驱动夹臂转动,整个结构更加简单,大大降低了管片吊具的制作成本以及施工成本。
