The supporting assemblies are inserted into preformed holes in the two sides of the shield arc pipe in a penetrating mode through stretching of hydraulic rods, then a servo motor is used for driving a screw rod to rotate, the screw rod drives a screw base to move, when the screw base gets close to a fixing base, the included angle between the two driving arms is decreased, and then eight clamping plates abut against the preformed holes in the two sides of the shield arc pipe. The four hydraulic rods and the supporting assemblies are operated at the same time, so that the shield arc pipe can be locked, and it is guaranteed that the shield arc pipe has good stability performance during overturning.
