The invention relates to the technical field of traffic, in particular to a time-space fusion perception transformation device and method based on traffic flow prediction.The device comprises a historical period perception module, a traffic data processing module, an information embedding module, a dynamic flow interaction graph module and a space and time self-attention module, and the steps are as follows: S1, firstly, historical traffic data are processed by using a K-POP clustering algorithm; obtaining a representative short-term traffic mode set containing the key historical information; s2, embedding past periodic feature information into traffic data by using a self-attention mechanism through a historical period sensing module, and expanding traffic features of a single node to the outside of a single moment; according to the space-time fusion perception transformation device and method based on traffic flow prediction, challenges caused by traffic data dynamics, periodicity and delay can be effectively solved through the method, and the space-time fusion perception transformation device and method can be used as a key model of an RNDT system algorithm layer to accurately predict future traffic flow and provide decision support.

    本发明涉及交通技术领域,具体为基于交通流预测的时空融合感知变换装置及方法,包括历史周期感知模块、交通数据处理、信息嵌入、动态流量互动图以及空间和时间自注意力模块,步骤如下:S1:首先使用K‑POP聚类算法对历史交通数据进行处理,以获得包含关键历史信息的代表性短期交通模式集合;S2:历史周期感知模块使用自注意力机制将过去周期性特征信息嵌入到交通数据中,将单个节点的交通特征扩展到单一时刻之外。该基于交通流预测的时空融合感知变换装置及方法,通过该方法可有效地解决了交通数据动态性、周期性和延迟性带来的挑战,它可以作为RNDT系统算法层的关键模型,准确预测未来的交通流并提供决策支持。
