The invention discloses a time-space diagram attention network traffic flow prediction method and system based on transmission perception, and relates to the technical field of traffic flow prediction, and the method comprises the steps: building a diagram structure set corresponding to a to-be-predicted region according to the spatial connection relation of an actual road network; acquiring traffic flow data of the to-be-predicted area in a first preset time length, and training a preset TAGAT-LSTM model by using the traffic flow data of the to-be-predicted area based on the graph structure set to obtain a target model which corresponds to the TAGAT-LSTM model and is trained; acquiring a historical traffic flow of the to-be-predicted region in a preset time length, and inputting the historical traffic flow into the target model for processing to obtain a predicted traffic flow of the to-be-predicted region in a future preset time length; through combination of three core modules in the TAGAT-LSTM model, the model can capture richer space-time dependency relationships, and the precision of traffic flow prediction is improved.

    本发明公开了基于传递感知的时空图注意力网络交通流预测方法、系统,涉及交通流预测技术领域,该方法包括:根据实际路网的空间连接关系建立与待预测区域对应的图结构集合;获取待预测区域在第一预置时间长度内的交通流数据,基于图结构集合,利用待预测区域的交通流数据对预设的TAGAT‑LSTM模型进行训练,得到与TAGAT‑LSTM模型对应并训练完成的目标模型;获取在预设时间长度中待预测区域的历史交通流,并将历史交通流输入至目标模型中进行处理,得到未来的预设时间长度中待预测区域的预测交通流;通过TAGAT‑LSTM模型中三个核心模块的结合使得模型能够捕捉更加丰富的时空依赖关系,提高交通流预测的精度。
