The invention discloses a fusion type GraphSAGE-based time-space synchronization traffic flow prediction method. The method comprises the steps of generating traffic flow data of a time sequence; constructing a compensation type space diagram according to the space adjacency diagram and the space correlation diagram, combining the compensation type space diagram with the causal time diagram, and designing a compensation type causal time-space synchronization diagram; a fusion type GraphSAGE time-space synchronization model is constructed, and the model is divided into two parts: one part is based on a GraphSAGE principle, and traffic features of multi-order time-space neighbors of each node are aggregated through an attention mechanism; and the other part adopts a mean value aggregation method to capture the traffic characteristics of the multi-order space-time neighbors, and the two parts are combined to realize fusion prediction of the two types of traffic nodes. By designing the compensation type causal time-space synchronization graph, time-space synchronization modeling of traffic flow is achieved, the prediction precision of the model is improved, in addition, time-space features of traffic nodes with historical data and traffic nodes without historical data are aggregated at the same time based on fusion type GraphSAGE, and the prediction precision of the model is improved. The limitation that only a single type of traffic nodes can be predicted in an existing method is overcome.

    本发明公开一种基于融合式GraphSAGE的时空同步交通流量预测方法,包括:生成时间序列的交通流数据;根据空间邻接图和空间相关图构建补偿式空间图,再与因果时间图结合,设计补偿式因果时空同步图;构建融合式GraphSAGE时空同步模型,该模型分两部分:一部分基于GraphSAGE原理,通过注意力机制聚合每个节点的多阶时空邻居的交通特征;另一部分采用均值聚合方法,捕获多阶时空邻居的交通特征,两个部分结合,实现对两类交通节点的融合预测。本发明通过设计补偿式因果时空同步图,实现对交通流量的时空同步建模,提升模型的预测精度,另外基于融合式GraphSAGE同时聚合有历史数据交通节点和无历史数据交通节点的时空特征,克服现有方法中仅能对单一种类交通节点进行预测的局限性。
