The invention discloses a traffic flow prediction method based on time-space trend perception information fusion, and belongs to the technical field of traffic prediction planning. The prediction method comprises the following steps: sequentially inputting preprocessed historical traffic sequences of a plurality of sensors into a high-dimensional spatio-temporal data embedding module, a time trend sensing module, a space trend sensing module, a spatio-temporal trend sensing information fusion module and a prediction module; high-dimensional space-time representation is extracted step by step, time features and space features with trend perception are captured, space-time information with trend perception is fused, and finally a flow sequence in future time is obtained. According to the method, the flow sequence is converted into the high-dimensional space-time representation, the space-time correlation modeling capability is improved, the trend of the flow is considered, the traffic flow space-time characteristics of trend perception can be captured, the space-time dependence of the traffic flow sequence is fully fused, and the prediction precision is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于时空趋势感知信息融合的交通流量预测方法,属于交通预测规划技术领域。预测方法包括:将预处理后的多个传感器的历史流量序列依次输入到高维时空数据嵌入模块、时间趋势感知模块、空间趋势感知模块、时空趋势感知信息融合模块和预测模块,逐步实现提取高维时空表示、捕获具有趋势感知的时间特征和空间特征和融合趋势感知的时空信息,最终得到未来时间的流量序列。本发明通过将流量序列转化为高维时空表示,提高了时空关联建模能力,考虑了流量的趋势性,能捕获趋势感知的交通流时空特征,并充分融合交通流量序列的时空依赖,提高了预测精度。
