The invention discloses a vibration reduction balancing device based on a picking unmanned aerial vehicle. The vibration reduction balancing device comprises the unmanned aerial vehicle, an undercarriage, a picking mechanism, a balancing mechanism, an active vibration reduction mechanism and a passive vibration reduction mechanism. The passive vibration reduction mechanism comprises a balance vibration reduction supporting plate and a passive vibration reduction assembly which are arranged on the undercarriage. The picking mechanism comprises a picking rod, a shearing and clamping mechanism and a shearing and clamping driving mechanism; the active vibration reduction mechanism comprises a vibration reduction controller, a first vibration damper, a second vibration damper and an attitude sensor; the balance mechanism comprises a guide frame arranged on the balance vibration reduction supporting plate, a balancing weight arranged on the guide frame in a sliding mode and a balance driving mechanism arranged on the balance vibration reduction supporting plate. When the device is used for picking, the situation that the unmanned aerial vehicle cannot keep balance due to center-of-gravity shift of the unmanned aerial vehicle can be prevented, meanwhile, vibration generated by the unmanned aerial vehicle can be reduced, shaking in the picking process is reduced, and the harvesting stability is guaranteed.

    本发明公开一种基于采摘无人机的减振平衡装置,包括无人机、起落架、采摘机构、平衡机构、主动减振机构以及被动减振机构;所述被动减振机构包括设置在所述起落架上的平衡减振支撑板以及被动减振组件;所述采摘机构包括采摘杆、剪切夹持机构以及剪切夹持驱动机构;所述主动减振机构包括减振控制器、第一减振器、第二减振器以及姿态传感器;所述平衡机构包括设置在平衡减振支撑板上的导向架以及滑动设置在所述导向架上的配重块以及设置在所述平衡减振支撑板上的平衡驱动机构。该装置在采摘时,可以防止无人机重心偏移导致无人机无法保持平衡的情况发生,同时可以减小无人机产生的振动,使得采摘过程晃动减少,保证采收的稳定性。
