The invention belongs to the field of airplane anti-icing and deicing systems, and particularly relates to a helicopter main blade heating assembly fault detection method and device. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, controlling the rotor wing anti-icing and deicing controller to enter a maintenance self-inspection mode; 2, the rotor wing anti-icing and de-icing controller controls a power distribution box to provide power for a power distributor; 3, the rotor wing anti-icing and de-icing controller controls the power distributor to enter a maintenance self-checking working mode; 4, the rotor wing anti-icing and deicing controller controls a power distributor to sequentially heat the N heating subareas according to the heating area inspection time sequence, whether a heating assembly of each heating subarea breaks down or not is judged, if yes, the next step is executed, and if not, inspection is reported to be normal; 5, the rotor wing anti-icing and de-icing controller controls a power distributor to sequentially heat the M blades of the fault partition according to the blade inspection time sequence; and judging whether each blade heating assembly has a fault or not, and reporting the fault condition.

    本发明属于飞机防除冰系统领域,特别涉及一种直升机主桨叶加温组件故障检测方法及装置。方法包括如下步骤:步骤一、控制旋翼防除冰控制器进入维护自检模式;步骤二、旋翼防除冰控制器控制配电盒为配电器提供电源;步骤三、旋翼防除冰控制器控制配电器进入“维护自检”工作模式;步骤四、旋翼防除冰控制器控制配电器按照“加热区检查时序”分别对N个加热分区进行顺序加热,判断各个加热分区的加温组件是否存在故障,若是,则进入下一步,否则上报检查正常;步骤五、旋翼防除冰控制器控制配电器按照“桨叶检查时序”分别对故障分区的M片桨叶进行顺序加热;判断各片桨叶加温组件是否存在故障,并上报故障情况。
