The invention discloses a helicopter main blade dismounting method and device, and the method comprises the steps: moving a plurality of layers of blade brackets capable of freely ascending and descending to a blade to be dismounted, and horizontally aligning one layer of blade bracket with the blade to be dismounted; at the moment, the paddle to be disassembled is horizontally placed in the paddle bracket on the layer; after placement is completed, the corresponding paddle connecting bolts are detached, so that the paddles are separated from the machine body; and after disassembly is completed, one layer of paddle bracket ascends or descends, and the next paddle continues to be disassembled till disassembly is completed. The invention has the characteristics of universal application scene adaptation, stable structure, high reliability, and strong external field practicability and operability.

    本发明公开了一种直升机主桨叶拆卸方法及装置,将能够自由升降的多层桨叶托架移动至待拆卸桨叶处,并将其中一层桨叶托架与待拆卸桨叶水平对齐;此时,再将待拆卸桨叶水平放入该层桨叶托架内;放置完成后,拆卸对应的桨叶连接螺栓,使桨叶与机体分离;完成拆卸后,上升或下降一层桨叶托架,继续执行拆卸下一桨叶,直至拆卸完成。本发明具有应用场景普遍适应、结构稳定、可靠性高、外场实用性和可操作性强的特点。
