PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a main rotor blade that can reduce a coefficient of resistance in high-speed forward flight of a helicopter with a main blade type or the like and can be controlled readily, and to provide a helicopter including a main rotor blade like that.SOLUTION: A main rotor blade 1 for a high-speed helicopter includes: a blade root part 10 with a length of 30% or more of rotor radius R; and a blade body 20 continuing to the blade root part 10. In the main rotor blade 1, the blade root part 10 preferably has a cross-sectional shape that satisfies (x/a)+(y/b)=1 and a>b, where m represents any number, x represents a chord length direction and y represents a blade thickness direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】主翼型などのヘリコプタにおいて高速前進飛行時の抵抗係数を小さくでき、かつ、制御も容易なメインロータブレード及びそのようなメインロータブレードを有するヘリコプタを提供すること。【解決手段】メインロータブレード1は、高速ヘリコプタ用のメインロータブレード1であって、ロータ半径Rの30%以上の長さの翼根部10と、この翼根部10に続くブレード本体20とを有する。好ましくは、翼根部10の断面形状は、(x/a)m+(y/b)m=1、かつ、a>b ただし、m:任意の数、x:コード長方向、y:翼厚方向である。【選択図】図1
