The invention discloses a helicopter main blade azimuth angle detection device. The device is characterized in that a first absolute angle encoder (1) is arranged on a stator (3) of a collector ring through a stator shell, a mover shaft of the first absolute angle encoder (1) is connected with a collector ring mover (4), a stator of a second absolute angle encoder (2) is fixed with the collector ring stator (3), the mover synchronously rotates along with the collector ring mover (4), a lower end of the stator (3) of the collector ring is connected with a helicopter body and is kept fixed, thecollector ring mover (4) is fixed with a main hub of a helicopter through a support arm and rotates along with the main hub, the collector ring is connected with a power supply system of the helicopter through an electric connector to output the azimuth angle information of a main blade, and the second absolute angle encoder (2) receives an angle signal outputted by the first absolute encoder (1)and verifies and judges the angle signal with an angle signal of the second absolute angle encoder. The helicopter main rotor azimuth angle detection device has advantages of being high in precision,continuous, free of adjustment and high in reliability.

    本发明公开一种直升机主桨叶方位角检测装置,其中第一绝对角度编码器(1)通过定子外壳安装在集流环的定子(3)上,第一绝对角度编码器(1)的动子轴与集流环动子(4)连接,第二绝对角度编码器(2)的定子与集流环定子(3)固定,动子随集流环动子(4)同步旋转,集流环的定子(3)的下端与直升机机体连接保持固定不动,集流环动子(4)通过支臂与直升机主桨毂固定并随主桨毂旋转,集流环通过电连接器与直升机电源系统连接输出主桨叶方位角信息,第二绝对角度编码器(2)接收第一绝对编码器(1)输出的角度信号并与自身角度信号进行校验判断。本发明的直升机主桨方位角检测装置具有精度高、连续、不需调整和可靠性高的特点。
