The invention discloses an asynchronous cooperative control method and system for the cyclic braking process of a heavy-load combination train based on longitudinal force optimization, and aims to solve the problem of operation quality degradation caused by vehicle longitudinal acting force impact in the cyclic braking process of a current heavy-load train on a long and large downhill. The method comprises the following steps of: predicting train running states under different asynchronous cooperative control strategies in a future time period in a circulating braking process based on a heavy-load combined train dynamic model, and pre-judging a longitudinal force degradation problem possibly generated in the future; and an asynchronous cooperative control instruction of the master control locomotive and the slave control locomotive, which aims at reducing the longitudinal force of the train, is obtained through rolling optimization. A heavy-load combination train dynamic model is used for deducing and predicting the change process of coupler force, a control strategy of asynchronous cooperation of circulating air braking and electric braking of a master control locomotive and a slave control locomotive is executed through a locomotive calculation and cooperative control unit, on the basis that overall operation of a train is not affected, acting force between the trains is reduced, and the safety of train operation is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于纵向力优化的重载组合列车循环制动过程异步协同控制方法及系统,针对目前重载列车在长大下坡道循环制动过程中车辆纵向作用力冲击引起的运行品质劣化问题,基于重载组合列车动力学模型对循环制动过程中未来时间段内采用不同异步协同控制策略下的列车运行状态进行预测,预判未来可能产生的纵向力劣化问题,并通过滚动优化得到以减小列车纵向力为目标的主、从控机车异步协同控制指令。利用重载组合列车动力学模型对车钩力的变化过程进行推演预测,通过机车计算及协同控制单元执行主、从控机车循环空气制动、电制动异步协同的控制策略,在不影响列车整体运行的基础上,减小车辆间的作用力,提高列车运行的安全性。
