The invention provides a method for calculating train braking force based on heavy-load combined train pipe pressure fluctuation, and belongs to the technical field of locomotive braking force calculation. The problem that the requirement for exploration and analysis of heavy-load train pipe pressure fluctuation influence factors cannot be met in the current detection and test of a heavy-load train air braking system is solved. Comprising the following steps: calculating the brake cylinder pressure of the vehicle according to pressure air of an auxiliary air cylinder when the vehicle is braked and pressure air filled into a brake cylinder by a train pipe through a local reduction valve in the secondary local reduction process; the step of calculating the braking force of the vehicle comprises the substeps of calculating brake shoe pressure; calculating the friction coefficient of the brake shoe; calculating the braking force of a single brake shoe; calculating the air braking force of the whole heavy haul train; calculating the train pipe pressure reduction r0 when the braking force of the whole heavy-load train is not influenced by the temperature, calculating the train braking force when the braking force of the whole heavy-load train is not influenced by the temperature according to the r0, and calculating the train braking force when the braking force of the whole heavy-load train is influenced by the temperature; the method is applied to train braking force analysis and calculation.

    本发明提供了一种基于重载组合列车管压波动计算列车制动力的方法,属于机车制动力计算技术领域;解决了目前针对重载列车空气制动系统的检测和试验中,不能满足分析重载列车管压波动影响因素探索分析的需求;包括以下步骤:根据车辆制动时副风缸的压力空气和二级局减过程中列车管经局减阀充入制动缸的压力空气,计算得到车辆的制动缸压力;车辆制动力的计算:包括:闸瓦压力计算;闸瓦摩擦系数计算;单个闸瓦制动力的计算;整列重载列车空气制动力的计算;计算整列重载列车制动力不受温度影响时的列车管减压量r0,根据r0计算不受温度影响时的列车制动力,计算出整列重载列车制动力受温度影响的列车制动力;本发明应用于列车制动力分析计算。
