The invention discloses a heavy-load combination train cooperative communication consistency braking control method and device. In the train braking process, a braking controller designs a cooperative braking controller by adopting a distributed model predictive control method according to the speed, acceleration, position information and other state variables of each child node in combination with actuator constraint and inter-carriage relative displacement strict constraint; by designing a train consistency braking force control method, the performance indexes of speed inconsistency and relative displacement difference between the carriages are minimized. Relative displacement during train braking and speed inconsistency between carriages are reduced, the coupling force in the braking process is reduced, structural damage to the carriages can be effectively reduced, and comfort in the train running process is improved.
本发明公开了一种重载组合列车协同通信一致性制动控制方法及装置。在列车制动过程中,制动控制器根据每个子节点的速度、加速度、位置信息等状态变量,结合执行器约束和车厢间相对位移严格约束,采用分布式模型预测控制方法设计协同制动控制器;通过设计列车一致性制动力控制方法,解决最小化车厢之间速度不一致性和相对位移差的性能指标。本发明减少列车刹车时的相对位移和车厢间的速度不一致性,降低了刹车过程中车钩力的大小,能有效的减少车厢结构损伤,并且提高列车行驶过程中的舒适性。
