The invention relates to a new energy commercial vehicle braking energy recycling and electricity supplementing method and device.The method comprises the steps that when a braking signal of a target vehicle is obtained, the braking strength of the target vehicle is determined according to the braking signal, and the braking strength is used for representing the strength of needed braking force; according to a preset mapping relation table of the braking strength and vehicle braking strategies, a target braking strategy corresponding to the braking strength is determined, and the target braking strategy comprises the braking output proportion of a hydraulic braking system and the braking output proportion of a motor regenerative braking system; and controlling the target vehicle to execute the target braking strategy. By adopting the method, the braking strength is determined according to the braking signal of the vehicle, and the braking output of the hydraulic braking system and the braking output of the motor regenerative braking system are respectively controlled according to the braking strength, so that the possibility of excessive intervention of hydraulic braking force is reduced; and the recovery efficiency of the vehicle braking energy and the charging efficiency of the storage battery are improved.

    本申请涉及一种新能源商用车辆制动能量回收补电方法和装置,其中方法包括:在获取到目标车辆的制动信号时,根据制动信号确定目标车辆的制动强度,制动强度用于表征所需的制动力的强弱;根据预设的制动强度与车辆制动策略的映射关系表,确定与制动强度对应的目标制动策略,目标制动策略中包括液压制动系统的制动输出占比和电机再生制动系统的制动输出占比;控制目标车辆执行目标制动策略。本申请采用上述方法,根据车辆的制动信号确定制动强度,并根据制动强度分别控制液压制动系统的制动输出和电机再生制动系统的制动输出,从而降低液压制动力过度介入的可能,进而提升车辆制动能量的回收效率以及蓄电池的补电效率。
