The invention discloses a vehicle braking energy recovery method, a braking energy recovery system and a vehicle. The vehicle braking energy recovery method comprises the steps that driving state information of the vehicle is obtained; the braking intention of a driver is obtained by monitoring signals of an accelerator pedal and a brake pedal; and according to the driving state information and the braking intention, the regenerative braking torque of the driving motor and/or the braking torque of the braking system are/is determined. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that various energy recovery control strategies are provided to correspond to energy recovery requirements in different braking environments, so that most of energy of the vehicle in the braking process can be properly utilized, and the endurance mileage of the electric vehicle is increased.
