The invention discloses a braking energy recovery system of a pure electric vehicle and a working method of the braking energy recovery system, the braking energy recovery system comprises a vehicle control unit, an electro-hydraulic composite braking system, a motor controller, a hydraulic regulating valve, a motor module, a power battery and a high-frequency switching circuit, the vehicle control unit is respectively connected with the electro-hydraulic composite braking system and the motor controller through control lines; an electro-hydraulic composite braking system and a motor controller are coordinated to work; the electro-hydraulic composite braking system controls four wheels to brake through a hydraulic regulating valve. The motor controller is connected with the motor module through a control line; the motor module is connected with a wheel driving shaft through a transmission and connected with a power battery through an electric wire, and the high-frequency switching circuit can be connected and disconnected with the motor module under the control of the motor controller. The motor module converts kinetic energy of the pure electric vehicle in the deceleration braking process into electric energy. The electro-hydraulic composite braking system and the high-frequency switching circuit adopted by the invention have high power density and energy-saving efficiency, and the maximum recovery of braking energy of the electric vehicle is ensured.

    本发明公开一种纯电动汽车的制动能量回收系统及其工作方法,包括整车控制器、电液复合制动系统、电机控制器、液压调节阀、电机模块、动力电池以及高频开关电路,整车控制器经控制线分别连接电液复合制动系统和电机控制器,协调电液复合制动系统和电机控制器工作;电液复合制动系统经液压调节阀分别控制四个车轮制动;电机控制器经控制线连接电机模块;电机模块经变速器连接车轮驱动轴,且经电线连接动力电池,高频开关电路在电机控制器的控制下能与电机模块通断;电机模块将纯电动汽车在减速制动过程中的动能转化为电能;本发明采用的电液复合制动系统和和高频开关电路,具有高功率密度和节能效率,确保电动车制动能量回收的最大化。
