The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle braking energy recovery, and particularly provides a commercial vehicle braking energy recovery control method and device.The method comprises the following steps that the vehicle total weight, the vehicle speed, the slip rate, the expected deceleration of a driver, the ESC braking control function state and the braking emergency state of the driver are recognized; front and rear axle braking force is determined according to the total weight of the vehicle and expected deceleration of a driver; driving shaft motor braking force is determined according to the vehicle speed, the wheel slip rate, the ESC braking control function state and the driver braking emergency state; and adjusting the friction force of the driving shaft and the motor braking force according to the determined value of the motor braking force of the driving shaft. The motor braking maximization and the braking comfort are achieved by coordinating the motor braking ratio and the friction braking ratio in the braking process of the new energy commercial vehicle.

    本发明属于车辆制动能量回收技术领域,具体提供一种商用车辆制动能量回收控制方法及装置,所述方法包括如下步骤:识别车辆总重、车速、滑移率、驾驶员预期减速度、ESC制动控制功能状态及驾驶员制动紧急状态;根据车辆总重和驾驶员预期减速度确定前后轴制动力;根据车速、车轮滑移率、ESC制动控制功能状态以及驾驶员制动紧急状态确定驱动轴电机制动力;根据确定的驱动轴电机制动力的值调整驱动轴摩擦力和电机制动力。解决了新能源商用车在制动过程中,通过协调电机制动和摩擦制动占比,来实现电机制动最大化以及制动舒适性问题。
