The invention relates to a new energy vehicle control technology, discloses a coordination control method and system for commercial vehicle braking energy recovery, and aims to improve the smoothness of an electrical coordination process and compensate delay and insufficiency of an air pressure braking torque due to a system response problem by using the motor torque in a process that the motor torque is reduced and the air pressure torque is increased. When torsional vibration is brought by the transmission system due to the fact that the torque of the motor is reduced quickly, the motor is used for adjusting and controlling the rotating speed difference between the two ends, namely the wheel end and the output end of the motor, of the transmission system, the control target of the transmission system is zero, and therefore the purposes of reducing the torsional vibration and improving the drivability are achieved; through the method of combining theoretical calculation and experiments, the time of electrical coordination is shortened, and the energy-saving contribution rate is improved.

    本发明涉及新能源车控制技术,公开了一种用于商用车制动能量回收的协调控制方法和系统,其提高了电气协调过程的平顺性,在电机转矩减小,气压转矩增大的过程中,用电机转矩补偿气压制动转矩因为系统响应问题产生的延迟和不足;提高了电气协调过程的驾驶性,在传动系统因为电机转矩减少较快带来扭振时,用电机来调节控制传动系统两端——车轮端和电机输出端的转速差,使其控制目标为零,从而达到减少扭振,提高驾驶性的目的;通过理论计算和实验结合的方法缩短了电气协调的时间,提高了节能贡献率。
