The invention discloses a driving takeover control method. The method comprises the following steps: generating a driving takeover request instruction based on driving scene information; in response to the driving takeover request instruction, acquiring input torque information of a driver to a steering wheel; performing risk analysis based on the driving scene information to obtain scene risk information; correcting the input torque information based on the driving scene information and the scene risk information to obtain corrected torque information; and the vehicle is controlled to be switched to a driver take-over mode according to the corrected assistance torque. A torque limiting strategy is set based on different driving scene information, so that the assistance torque of the automatic driving controller attenuates the input torque according to different driving scenes, steering abrupt feeling and steering wheel violent hitting are avoided, the control force of a driver to a vehicle is improved, and the driving safety is improved. The problem that the control information of the vehicle intelligent driving system is not matched with the input information of the driver in the takeover process of the driver is solved.
