The method comprises the steps that the current state of charge SOC, the current position and historical behavior data of a target vehicle to be charged, the current available electric energy and the current load of a power grid, and the position and the current charging unit price of at least one initial charging station connected to the power grid are obtained; determining a target charging station from the at least one initial charging station based on the current SOC, the current position, the position of the initial charging station and the historical behavior data; on the basis of the current SOC, the historical behavior data, the current available electric energy, the current load and the current charging unit price, acquiring the required electric energy of the target to-be-charged vehicle; and controlling the target charging station to charge the target to-be-charged vehicle based on the required electric energy. According to the method provided by the invention, the charging requirement of the vehicle can be met, and the safety of the power grid can be ensured.
