The method comprises the following steps: acquiring power generation side data, load side data and power grid structure data, and determining first carbon factor distribution data; obtaining an electric vehicle charging request of a to-be-charged electric vehicle, and generating a first objective function and second carbon factor distribution data; generating a second objective function according to the first carbon factor distribution data and the second carbon factor distribution data; acquiring a third objective function of resource gain data of the charging station and a fourth objective function of the utilization rate of the charging equipment; and determining target charging station information when the to-be-charged electric vehicle meets a first constraint condition, each charging station meets a second constraint condition, and the first target function value, the second target function value, the third target function value and the fourth target function value meet requirements, and sending the target charging station information to each electric vehicle. By adopting the method, the resource utilization rate can be improved.
