The invention discloses a balancing device and method for an underwater vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of underwater vehicles. The underwater vehicle is divided into a head section, a middle section and a tail section according to the position away from the center of gravity, and the three sections are of mutually independent sealed cavity structures; the center of gravity of the aircraft is middle; adjusting sections are arranged between the head section and the middle section and between the middle section and the tail section, the types and the number of equivalent acting bodies needed in the adjusting sections are determined by calculating the weight difference between the head section and the tail section, and weight balancing of the head section and the tail section is completed in a more-less-less-compensation mode; by measuring the moments, taking the gravity center of the aircraft as the action point, borne by the adjusting sections at the two ends, the difference value is calculated to determine the adjusting section for adding the equivalent action body, and the moments of the head section and the tail section for installing the adjusting sections are equal in magnitude and opposite in direction. According to the invention, the balancing accuracy can be ensured. Meanwhile, the problems that the efficiency of a balancing experiment of the rotary underwater vehicle is low, and unified rapid balancing cannot be carried out on different vehicles are solved.

    本发明一种水下航行器的配平装置及方法,属于水下航行器技术领域;水下航行器按距重心位置划分为头段、中段、尾段三部分,且三部分均为相互独立的密封腔体结构;航行器重心位于中段;在所述头段和中段之间、中段和尾段之间设置调节段,通过计算头段和尾段的重量差确定调节段内所需等效作用体的种类和数量,以多减少补的方式完成对头段和尾段的重量配平;通过测量两端调节段所受的以航行器重心为作用点的力矩,计算差值以确定增加等效作用体的调节段,使得安装调节段的头段和尾段的力矩大小相等,方向相反。本发明能够保证配平的准确性。同时,本发明解决了回转体形水下航行器配平实验效率低,且无法针对不同的航行器进行统一的快速配平等问题。
