The invention discloses a full-active suspension system stroke protection method and device, a medium and electronic equipment.The method comprises the steps that the current stroke of a piston is obtained, and the current stroke is the distance between the piston and the bottom of a cylinder barrel; when the current stroke is larger than a preset stroke threshold value, recovery impact force is obtained, and the recovery impact force is the impact force applied to the inner top of the cylinder barrel by the piston through hydraulic oil in the cylinder barrel; and according to the magnitude relationship between the restoring impact force and a preset impact force, operating parameters of the electric hydraulic pump are controlled, so that the electric hydraulic pump provides a reverse acting force opposite to the restoring impact force in direction. The impact force of the piston on the inner top of the cylinder barrel can be reduced.

    本申请公开了一种全主动悬架系统行程保护方法、装置、介质及电子设备,所述方法包括:获取所述活塞的当前行程,其中,所述当前行程为所述活塞与所述缸筒底部的距离;在所述当前行程大于预设行程阈值时,获取复原冲击力,其中,所述复原冲击力为所述活塞通过所述缸筒内的液压油向所述缸筒内顶部施加的冲击力;根据所述复原冲击力和预设冲击力的大小关系,控制所述电动液压泵的运行参数,以使所述电动液压泵提供方向与所述复原冲击力相反的反向作用力。本申请可以降低活塞对缸筒内顶部的冲击力。
