The invention discloses a layered and distributed charging and discharging scheduling method and system for an electric power system containing an electric vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a day-ahead load scheduling model containing the electric vehicle; polymerizing the electric automobile, and introducing into an electric automobile aggregate layer; on the basis of an electric vehicle aggregate layer, generating an aggregate charging and discharging power scheduling instruction according to the upper layer part of the established day-ahead load scheduling model; the lower layer part of the established day-ahead load scheduling model comprises an aggregate layer and a user layer, and the electric vehicle aggregate layer responds to a scheduling instruction and issues a control signal to the user layer, so that distributed solution of charging and discharging scheduling is realized, and a user charging and discharging control result is obtained. The system comprises a model establishment module, an aggregation introduction module, a scheduling instruction generation module and a solving module. According to the method, the defects that aggregation is irreversible and aggregate power solutions are possibly infeasible on individuals in traditional electric vehicle scheduling can be overcome, user privacy can be well protected, and the problem solving and information storage pressure can be effectively relieved.

    本发明含电动汽车的电力系统分层分布式充放电调度方法及系统,该方法包括:建立含电动汽车的日前负荷调度模型;将电动汽车聚合,引入电动汽车聚集体层;在电动汽车聚集体层的基础上,根据建立的日前负荷调度模型上层部分,产生聚集体充放电功率的调度指令;建立的日前负荷调度模型下层部分,包括聚集体层与用户层,电动汽车聚集体层响应调度指令并向用户层发布控制信号,实现充放电调度的分布式求解,得到用户充放电控制结果。该系统包括模型建立模块、聚合引入模块、调度指令产生模块和求解模块。本发明能够弥补传统电动汽车调度中聚合不可逆及聚集体功率解在个体上可能不可行的缺点,并可保护好用户隐私,有效缓解问题求解及信息存储压力。
