The invention discloses an electric vehicle charging and discharging grouping scheduling method and system, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a schedulable time evaluation index and a performance evaluation index in a charging and discharging scene, and then carrying out the calculation to obtain a charging and discharging schedulable capability evaluation total index; performing cluster division on to-be-dispatched electric vehicles according to the charging dispatchable capability evaluation total index and the actual dispatching demand quantity of the power grid to obtain clusters in various scenes, establishing a user responsivity evaluation model, and obtaining the actual charging quantity and the actual discharging quantity of the vehicles; according to the actual charging amount and the actual discharging amount, an electric vehicle charging and discharging grouping scheduling model is constructed, solving is conducted, and a scheduling result is obtained. According to the method, the schedulable capacity and the user responsivity of the electric vehicle are considered, the electric vehicle charging and discharging grouping scheduling model is established, solving is conducted to obtain a scheduling plan, and electric vehicle charging and discharging are scheduled; the net load peak-valley difference and peak regulation difficulty of the power grid are reduced, and the flexibility and accuracy of power grid dispatching are improved.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车充放电分群调度方法及系统,通过构建充放电场景下的可调度时间评估指标和性能评估指标,然后计算得到充放电可调度能力评估总指标,根据充电可调度能力评估总指标和电网实际调度需求量对待调度电动汽车进行集群划分,得到各个场景下的集群,建立用户响应度评估模型,得到汽车实际充电量和实际放电量,根据实际充电量和实际放电量构建电动汽车充放电分群调度模型,并进行求解,得到调度结果,本方法通过考虑电动汽车可调度能力和用户响应度,建立电动汽车充放电分群调度模型并进行求解得到调度计划对电动汽车充放电进行调度,降低了电网净负荷峰谷差及调峰难度,提高了电网调度的灵活性与准确性。
