The invention provides an electric vehicle charging and discharging scheduling method and device, and can be used in the technical field of new energy. The method comprises the steps that a reward model is constructed and used for indicating corresponding scheduling results when different scheduling strategies are adopted at different observation moments, the scheduling strategies are used for indicating charging and discharging strategies of vehicles in a power distribution network, and the scheduling results are used for indicating influences on the power distribution network and/or the vehicles after charging and discharging scheduling is carried out according to the scheduling strategies; performing reinforcement learning based on the reward model to determine a target scheduling strategy at the observation moment; and carrying out charging and discharging scheduling on the vehicle in the power distribution network according to the target scheduling strategy at the observation moment. A target scheduling strategy when the influence meets the requirement can be determined through the reward model so as to perform charging and discharging scheduling. Therefore, the performance stability of the power distribution network can be improved as much as possible, the vehicle can be dispatched as energy storage to discharge to the charging pile, and electric energy is provided for the power distribution network, so that the power distribution network meets the vehicle charging requirement.

    本申请提供一种电动车辆充放电调度方法及设备,可用于新能源技术领域。该方法包括:构建奖励模型,用于指示在不同观测时刻采用不同调度策略时分别对应的调度结果,调度策略用于指示车辆在配电网络中的充放电策略,调度结果用于指示按照调度策略进行充放电调度后,对配电网络和/或车辆带来的影响;基于奖励模型进行强化学习以确定观测时刻的目标调度策略;根据观测时刻的目标调度策略对车辆在配电网络中进行充放电调度。可以通过该奖励模型确定该影响满足要求时的目标调度策略,以进行充放电调度。如此,可以尽可能的提高配电网络的性能稳定性,还可以调度车辆作为储能向充电桩进行放电,为配电网络提供电能,以使配电网络满足车辆充电需求。
