The invention discloses a layered and distributed electric vehicle charging and discharging scheduling method and system based on an electricity price signal. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a day-ahead electric vehicle charging and discharging scheduling model of an electric power system; converting the day-ahead electric vehicle charging and discharging scheduling model of the electric power system into a series of sub-problems to obtain a distributed charging and discharging scheduling mechanism based on price response; the convergence of solving the scheduling problem is improved; and aggregating the electric vehicles, and obtaining a layered and distributed electric vehicle scheduling mechanism. The system comprises a model building module, a model conversion module, an improved solving method module and an aggregation module. The invention provides two types of signals, namely an electricity price signal of system scheduling and a charge and discharge control signal of an aggregate, establishes an electric vehicle layered distributed scheduling method by separating target functions and constraints corresponding to a generator set and an electric vehicle, and forms a scheduling method conforming to a current electricity market construction trend. And a corresponding solving algorithm is provided, so that the convergence is effectively improved, and the operation cost of the power system is reduced.
本发明基于电价信号的分层分布式电动汽车充放电调度方法及系统,该方法包括:建立电力系统日前电动汽车充放电调度模型;将电力系统日前电动汽车充放电调度模型转化为一系列子问题,得到基于价格响应的分布式充放电调度机制;提高调度问题求解的收敛性;聚合电动汽车,并得到分层分布式电动汽车调度机制。该系统包括模型建立模块、模型转化模块、改进求解方法模块和聚合模块。本发明提出两类信号,即系统调度的电价信号和聚集体的充放电控制信号,通过将发电机组与电动汽车对应的目标函数及约束分离,建立了电动汽车分层分布式调度方法,形成了符合当前电力市场建设趋势的调度方法,并提出相应求解算法,有效提高收敛性,降低电力系统运行成本。
