Arranging a spring, a bevel gear shaft, a bearing and a rack; the bevel gear shaft is meshed with the rack, and the bearing sleeves the bevel gear shaft; one end of the spring abuts against the bearing, and the other end of the spring abuts against the end face of the bevel gear shaft.
