The invention provides a method for adjusting a power steering gear rockshaft gap by using an eccentric bearing, which is characterized in that a marking hole with the maximum eccentricity e and two wrench adjusting arc grooves are formed in the end surface of the eccentric bearing, so that the radial gap of the power steering gear rockshaft can be conveniently adjusted by using a wrench; after the two eccentric bearings are assembled, one clamp spring is firstly assembled, then axial thrust is applied to the outer end of the eccentric bearing at the other end, axial gaps among all assembled parts are eliminated, and the axial gap between the eccentric bearing at the other end and the outer side of the clamp spring groove in the shell is measured. And the other clamp spring with the proper thickness is selected and matched according to the axial clearance for installation. The eccentric bearing wrench is easy to clamp, the clamping jaws of the wrench are not easy to break, and the eccentric bearing wrench is convenient to assemble and adjust; the axial clearance is firstly eliminated by applying the axial thrust, and then the second clamp spring with the proper thickness is selected for installation, so that the axial clearance of the rocker arm shaft is ensured to be within a normal tolerance range, and the service life of the power steering gear is prolonged.
本发明提出了用偏心轴承调整动力转向器摇臂轴间隙方法,核心在于:在偏心轴承的端面上设置有一个偏心量e处于最大位置标记孔和两个扳手调整圆弧槽,便于用扳手调整动力转向器摇臂轴径向间隙;当两个偏心轴承装配后,先装一个卡簧,然后在另一端偏心轴承外端施加一个轴向推力,消除已装配的所有零件之间的轴向间隙,测量另一端偏心轴承与壳体上的卡簧槽的外侧之间的轴向间隙,根据轴向间隙选配合适厚度的另一个卡簧安装。本发明的偏心轴承扳手容易卡入,扳手的卡爪不易断裂,装配和调整比较方便;采用施加轴向推力的方式先消除轴向间隙,再选配合适厚度的第二卡簧安装,从而保证摇臂轴的轴向间隙处于正常公差范围内,提高动力转向器的使用寿命。
