The invention provides a worm and gear clearance adjusting structure which comprises a pressing elastic piece and a locking piece, a bearing sleeve is fixedly sleeved outside a bearing at one end of a worm, and one end of the pressing elastic piece penetrates through the bearing sleeve to abut against the outer circumferential surface of the bearing; the other end of the pressing elastic piece is used for being connected with an elastic piece installation block on a steering column shell, and the extending direction of the elastic piece installation block is the same as the extending direction of the pressing elastic piece. The locking piece is used for locking the pressing elastic piece on the elastic piece mounting block, and the locking position of the locking piece on the pressing elastic piece is adjustable. According to the invention, the adjustment of the worm and gear fit clearance can be well realized, so that the clearance adjustment of the worm and gear and the software parameter adjustment can be combined in the calibration process of the steering system, thereby reducing the dependence on the software performance and facilitating the calibration of a better steering hand feeling.

    本发明提供了一种蜗轮蜗杆间隙调整结构,其包括压紧弹片、锁紧件,蜗杆一端的轴承外固定套装有轴承套,所述压紧弹片的一端穿过所述轴承套顶抵在所述轴承的外圆周面上;所述压紧弹片的另一端用于与转向管柱壳体上的弹片安装块相连,所述弹片安装块的延伸方向与所述压紧弹片的延伸方向相同;所述锁紧件用于将所述压紧弹片锁紧在所述弹片安装块上,所述锁紧件对所述压紧弹片的锁紧位置可调。本发明能够较好地实现蜗轮蜗杆配合间隙的调整,使得在转向系统标定过程中,能够将蜗轮蜗杆的间隙调整和软件参数调整相结合,从而降低了对软件性能的依靠,同时也便于标定出较好地转向手感。
