The invention discloses a permanent magnet adsorption type automatic obstacle-crossing wall-climbing welding robot which comprises a bottom plate assembly, a welding gun mechanism assembly is installed on the bottom plate assembly, and the welding gun mechanism assembly comprises a cross-shaped sliding block mechanism, a welding gun clamping device and a welding gun, and the welding gun clamping device and the welding gun are arranged on the cross-shaped sliding block mechanism. A TB6612 driver is arranged on one side of the welding gun mechanism assembly, a navigation module is arranged on the other side of the welding gun mechanism assembly, a motor connecting rod is installed below the navigation module, a permanent magnet block support is arranged on the edge of the bottom plate assembly, a permanent magnet adsorption mechanism is installed on the permanent magnet block support, and the permanent magnet adsorption mechanism is composed of four permanent magnet units and a yoke. The permanent magnet block and the bottom plate assembly are fixed through four linear sliding rails, and four sets of connecting frames are evenly installed on the edge of the bottom plate assembly. The speed regulation and differential functions of the mobile welding robot are achieved through remote control, and the robot can conduct wall climbing, curve walking, welding and other operations on an experimental platform and an application site.

    本发明公开了一种永磁吸附式自动越障爬壁焊接机器人,包括底板总成,底板总成上安装有焊枪机构总成,焊枪机构总成包括十字滑块机构和设置于十字滑块机构上的焊枪夹持器、焊枪,焊枪机构总成的一侧设置有TB6612驱动器且另一侧设置有导航模块,导航模块的下方安装有电机连接杆,底板总成的边缘设置有永磁铁块支架,永磁铁块支架上安装有永磁吸附机构,永磁吸附机构由四块永磁铁单元和一块轭铁组成,永磁铁块和底板总成之间通过四个直线滑轨固定,底板总成的边缘均匀安装有四组连接架。本发明通过远程控制实现移动焊接机器人调速及差速功能,实现机器人在实验平台和应用现场进行各项爬壁、曲线行走、焊接等作业。
