The invention provides a control method and device for a charger to automatically identify a lithium battery communication protocol, and the method comprises the steps: enabling the charger to transmit different handshake frames, and detecting a lithium battery BMS communication protocol; a communication protocol of the lithium battery BMS is obtained and locked, CAN communication is reconfigured, and communication with the lithium battery BMS is established; the charger stores the number of the locked communication protocol and the baud rate in an EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory) chip; when the charger is powered on again next time, the communication protocol number and the baud rate stored in the EEPROM chip are read, CAN communication is reconfigured, normal communication with the lithium battery BMS is established, and the lithium battery BMS communication protocol is not actively detected any more; if the charger is replaced to charge other lithium batteries with different communication protocols, the communication protocol of the lithium battery BMS can be actively detected again, and the number of a new communication protocol and the baud rate of the new communication protocol can be stored in the EEPROM chip. According to the invention, the charger can adapt to the lithium battery BMS of different communication protocols, and the whole process is automatically realized without manual intervention.

    本发明提供了充电机自动识别锂电池通讯协议的控制方法及其控制装置,包括:充电机发出不同握手帧,侦测锂电池BMS通讯协议;获取到锂电池BMS的通讯协议并进行锁定,对CAN通讯重新配置与锂电池BMS建立通讯;充电机将已锁定通讯协议编号及波特率存储于EEPROM芯片中;下次充电机重新上电时,读取EEPROM芯片存储的通讯协议编号及波特率,对CAN通讯重新配置并与锂电池BMS建立正常通讯,不再主动侦测锂电池BMS通讯协议;若充电机更换对其它不同通讯协议的锂电池充电,会重新主动去侦测锂电池BMS的通讯协议,也会将新的通讯协议编号及其波特率存储在EEPROM芯片中。本发明使得充电机能够适应不同通讯协议的锂电池BMS,并且整个过程都是自动实现的,无需人工去干预。
