The invention discloses a forklift lithium battery charger, and relates to the technical field of lithium battery chargers. Comprising a charging shell, and a charging wire storage assembly used for storing a charging wire is slidably arranged at the bottom of an inner cavity of the charging shell; the end, away from the electric control installation area, of the charging wire is connected with a charging gun, a plurality of automatic pop-up protection assemblies are arranged in the side wall of the charging head of the charging gun, and separation and protection of the charging gun and the charging interface end are achieved. By arranging the storage winding roller, traction force is utilized to drive the storage winding roller to rotate and move during paying off, the charging wire is smoothly released, the extending length of the charging wire is controlled through the wire stabilizer, and disordered distribution of the charging wire is avoided; after use, the device is automatically retracted, so that the device is prevented from being exposed and damaged; the automatic pop-up assembly triggered by the gas is arranged at the bottom of the charging gun, the connection state of the charging gun and the charging end interface is relieved, meanwhile, the carbon dioxide gas plays a role in cooling and oxygen isolation, and the charging equipment is effectively protected.

    本发明公开了一种叉车锂电池充电机,涉及锂电池充电机技术领域;包括充电壳体,充电壳体内腔底部滑动设置有用于对充电线进行收纳的充电线收纳组件;充电线远离电控安装区域的一端连接有充电枪,充电枪的充电头部侧壁内设置有多个自动弹出防护组件,实现充电枪与充电接口端的分离和防护;通过设置收纳卷辊,在放线时利用牵引力带动收纳卷辊旋转并移动,平顺地对充电线进行释放,且通过稳线器对其伸出长度进行控制,避免充电线分布杂乱;且在使用完毕后自动收回,避免其外露导致损伤;通过在充电枪底部设置由气体触发的自动弹出组件,解除充电枪与充电端接口的连接状态,同时二氧化碳气体起到了降温和隔绝氧气的作用,有效地对充电设备进行保护。
