According to the invention, the content contained in the packet when the sender sends each request protocol packet is elaborated in detail, and the receiver returns the corresponding data packet according to the requested content after receiving the request protocol packet. And meanwhile, charging parameters are monitored and adjusted in real time by using a control message, a system message, a report message, a specific request packet and a charger state message, so that the charging efficiency and the service life of the battery are optimized, the battery state is known, a user can be timely notified of charging related information subsequently, an energy source identification type can be determined, and the user experience is improved. Energy is efficiently allocated according to actual needs of users, waste is avoided, and the overall energy utilization efficiency is improved.
