The invention discloses a communication system for a vehicle-mounted charger. The method comprises the following steps: (1) custom message conversion: converting voltage and current requirements of a battery into CAN bus messages meeting national standards; (2) interacting with a charging pile, a charging DC/DC power conversion unit and battery charging: coordinating and synchronizing with a national standard charging process through message interaction in a charging process; (3) exception handling in the charging interaction process: executing protection actions after four exceptions of message timeout, guide connection disconnection, charging pile fault and OBC fault are triggered; and (4) judging the demand response of the charging pile: updating the message information of the charging pile in real time, and judging the response execution condition of the charging pile. The method has the advantages that coordination and synchronization with the national standard charging process can be accelerated through message optimization, the power conversion efficiency and the battery pre-charging efficiency can be improved along with coordination and synchronization of the national standard charging process, abnormal problems can be handled in time, and the charging efficiency can be guaranteed more safely and reliably.

    本发明公开了一种车载充电机用的通信系统。它包括如下步骤:(1)自定义报文转化:将电池的电压电流需求转化为符合国准的CAN总线报文;(2)与充电桩、充电DC/DC功率转换单元、电池充电交互:在充电过程中通过报文交互与国标充电流程协调同步;(3)充电交互过程中的异常处理:执行报文超时、导引连接断开、充电桩故障、OBC故障这四类异常触发后的保护动作;(4)充电桩需求响应的判断:实时更新与充电桩的报文信息,并判断充电桩的响应执行情况。本发明的有益效果是:通过报文的优化能够加快与国标充电流程的协调同步,而随着国标充电流程协调同步能够提高功率转化效率以及电池预充效率,能够及时处理异常问题并更为安全可靠的保证充电效率。
