The invention provides a control method of a vehicle-mounted charger, the vehicle-mounted charger and a vehicle, and the control method comprises the steps: when a voltage sampling value at a power supply connection port is abnormal and the power supply connection port and a power grid are in a disconnected state, controlling a power battery to provide a battery voltage through a battery connection port, the power supply connection port outputs a second AC voltage; sampling a second alternating-current voltage at the power supply connection port to obtain a corresponding second alternating-current voltage sampling value; obtaining a sampling value correction coefficient based on the second AC voltage sampling value; and when the vehicle-mounted charger charges a power battery, correcting the voltage sampling at the power supply connection port according to the sampling value correction coefficient. The control method can improve the working stability of the vehicle-mounted charger.
