The invention provides a vehicle-mounted charger assembly method and a vehicle-mounted charger. The vehicle-mounted charger assembly method comprises the steps that a shell comprising a cooling water channel is provided; a PCB is provided, a top heat dissipation switch tube is arranged on the first face of the PCB, electronic devices are arranged on the second face of the PCB, and the area, located between the electronic devices, of the PCB forms an installation operation area of the PCB; providing a ceramic chip and a first jig, and bonding the ceramic chip with the first surface of the PCB through the first jig to form a power module; a positioning plate is provided, a positioning hole is formed in the positioning plate, the positioning plate is placed at the opening of the shell, the power module is placed at the preset position of the cooling water channel along the positioning hole, and the ceramic chip faces the cooling water channel; a second jig is provided, the second jig comprises a pressing plate, the pressing plate is made to abut against the installation operation area of the PCB, and the second jig is operated to enable the pressing plate to push the power module to enable the power module to abut against the cooling water channel. Operation is easy, the space utilization rate is high, the heat dissipation effect is good, and reliability is high.
