The invention provides a vehicle-mounted charger which is characterized in that 380V three-phase three-wire is input at an alternating current power grid side, 220V three-phase four-wire is obtained after conversion of a transformer, A, B and C phases of the three-phase four-wire are respectively connected with a single-phase charging module, and output ends of the single-phase charging modules are connected in parallel and then connected to a charging port of a battery to charge the battery; on the basis of an existing three-phase three-wire system interface, after conversion of the transformer, superposition of charging power is achieved through the multiple single-phase charging modules, and then the charging power of the battery is improved.
