The invention relates to a transverse control method of a vehicle. The method comprises the steps that road feature information is received; when it is determined that the vehicle is in a specific driving situation related to vehicle jittering based on the road feature information, parameters of a controller are adjusted in a self-adaptive mode; and performing transverse control on the vehicle based on the adjusted parameters. The application also relates to a lateral control device of a vehicle, a computer readable storage medium, a computer program product and an advanced driving assistance system (ADAS).
