The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a plurality of pieces of power supply attribute information for a plurality of charging robots and a plurality of pieces of power utilization attribute information for a plurality of power utilization carriers; according to the power supply attribute information and the power utilization attribute information, whether the charging robot and the power utilization carrying tool meet a preset matching condition or not is determined; for a target electricity delivery vehicle in the plurality of electricity delivery vehicles, determining convergence position information indicating a convergence position according to the map data, the electricity utilization position information of the target electricity delivery vehicle and the power supply position information of the at least one target charging robot; the at least one target charging robot is matched with the target electric delivery vehicle; and outputting the confluence position information.
